Requirements
– Minimum 6 years’ HR experience, including direct HRBP experience within a banking institution
– Previous experience as HRBP in financial institution is an advantage
– Professional HR Certification is required
– Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
– Proven ability to engage stakeholders and senior leaders to drive people strategy
