Job Title – Sales Manager – Infrastructure, Smart Buildings & Connected Real Estate
Location – Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary – Open to negotiation

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead sales within the Smart Buildings and Connected Real Estate space. This role is ideal for a commercially strong professional with experience in infrastructure, engineering, or building technology solutions, particularly within project-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:
– Drive business development and build a strong pipeline across commercial real estate and smart building projects
– Identify and engage opportunities early within the project lifecycle (developers, consultants, contractors)
– Manage key client relationships and grow existing accounts
– Lead proposals, negotiations, and closure of high-value, project-based deals
– Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored infrastructure solutions

Requirements:
– 5–10 years’ experience in B2B sales within infrastructure, engineering, or building technology environments
– Proven experience selling physical infrastructure solutions (e.g., ELV systems, structured cabling, power, security systems, building automation, or data centre infrastructure)
– Strong network within real estate developers, contractors, consultants, or facility management teams
– Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
– Comfortable operating in both commercial and site/project environments
