Job Description

Job Title – Customer Care Officer
Location – Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
‎Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field.
‎Proficiency in CRM tools, Live Chat software (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk), and MS Excel for data reporting.

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 monthly.
