Job Title – Customer Service/Front Desk
Location – Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
The Customer Service / Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing accurate administrative and customer support. The role requires strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills to support front‑desk operations, basic financial documentation, data tracking, and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, ensuring a professional front‑desk experience.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with accuracy and timeliness.

Manage front‑desk documentation, records, and data entry with high numerical accuracy.

Support basic accounting and financial record‑keeping tasks (receipts, invoices, reconciliations, and reports).

Track customer data, service metrics, and daily operational reports.

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor logs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and information flow.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

Strong numerical, analytical, and data‑handling skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting or CRM tools.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving ability.
