Job Title – Lead, Enterprise Applications

Responsibilities:
Perform project management oversight duties which include, project initiating, planning and execution in areas of Enterprise applications for both core insurance solutions and other enterprise applications.
Engage customers to identify and understand the underlying business need that will be addressed by the solution.
Create project plan from conception to execution and assign reasonable timelines as agreed with the business
Develop solutions appropriate to customer requirements making sure it is fit for purpose
Integrate new solutions to existing IT eco-system with proper handshake between/among systems
Integrate solutions with 3rd party systems where required
Ensure both internal and external integrations are in line with the IT security and compliance guidelines
Create and Define test scenarios for every process on the delivered solution
Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with customers to make sure solutions meet their requirements and needs
Carry out Regular Operations and Maintenance on all developed Solutions, Systems and Applications, including core insurance solution and other enterprise applications.
Ensure that the all servers hosting enterprise wide applications Maintain 99.9% Uptime.
Report on Key Performance Areas on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure adequate budgeting and availability of resources needed for the development and maintenance of all applications.
Ensure that all incidents and escalations raised by the Business on Enterprise applications are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements
Ensure Creation and maintenance of properly documented materials pertaining to every developed solution for Business Continuity
Update documents when changes and upgrades are made.

Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience preferably in a similar IT role within a structured corporate organization.
Certification in MCSA/MCSD will be of added advantage
