JOB TITLE – OPERATIONS MANAGER (HR OUTSOURCING)
Location – Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Experience – 7–10 years

About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Operations Manager with strong experience in HR outsourcing and the Nigerian HR landscape. This role focuses on service delivery excellence, process optimization, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end service delivery across multiple outsourcing clients
• Optimize internal workflows using automation and data analytics
• Ensure 100% compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws across operations
• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performance operations team
• Ensure delivery of SLAs and operational KPIs
• Continuously improve operational processes and efficiency

Requirements:
• 7–10 years’ experience, with strong HR outsourcing background
• Strong understanding of Nigerian HR practices and labour laws
• Strategic mindset with strong focus on KPIs and operational efficiency
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• CIPM, PHRi, or SHRM certification is a strong advantage
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced service environment
