JOB TITLE – FINANCE EXECUTIVE

About the Role:
This is not a routine finance role. We are seeking a high-performing Finance Executive with strong fintech and payment services experience, ready to operate at a higher level with full ownership of financial processes, controls, and insights in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end financial reporting with zero tolerance for errors
• Budgeting, forecasting, and real-time financial visibility
• Regulatory compliance within a fintech environment
• Audit readiness and stakeholder management
• Cash flow optimization and cost efficiency management
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights for leadership
• Support decision-making through accurate financial analysis

Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ experience in finance with strong fintech exposure
• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) — non-negotiable
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and compliance
• Ability to work fast, think independently, and execute effectively
• High attention to detail with strong ownership mindset
• Experience in high-performance, fast-paced environments
