Job Description

Job Title – HR MANAGER
Location – Lagos & Sango Otta
Industry – Manufacturing
Salary – ₦350,000 – ₦500,000

Requirements:
• B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years relevant experience in a similar HR role
• CIPM or other HR certification is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employee relations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR operations and employee relations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals
• Support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
