Job Description

Job Title – Cost Accountant
Reports To – Factory Accountant
Salary – ₦350,000 net monthly

Job Summary
Responsible for cost accounting, financial analysis, and accurate reporting to support business decisions and ensure efficient cost management.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct cost analysis and monitor variances
* Develop and maintain costing models
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* Prepare monthly financial and costing reports
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and VAT requirements
* Provide insights to support operational and strategic decisions

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
* Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
* 5–6 years’ experience in accounting (costing preferred)
* Strong Excel and analytical skills
