Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to executives
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
* Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* 2 years experience in an administrative or executive support role
*Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools
* Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
