JOB TITLE – Finance Systems Manager
LOCATION – Lagos, Nigeria (Preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Finance Systems Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s financial systems, with a primary focus on SAP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing ERP systems within a finance environment, with strong knowledge of the Nigerian and African market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP and other finance-related ERP systems.
– Serve as the primary liaison between the Finance and IT teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.
– Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations across finance modules.
– Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all financial systems
Develop and maintain documentation for finance systems processes and procedures.
– Train and support finance team members on system usage and best practices
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
– Ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements in Nigeria and across African operations.

REQUIREMENTS
– BSc in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
– Minimum of 7–8 years of experience in finance systems management.
– Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory).
– Proven track record of successfully implementing ERP systems within a finance function.
– Strong understanding of the Nigerian and African business environment.
– Experience working in a multinational or group company is an advantage.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
