Job Description

Job Title – Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner
Location – Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1) Administrative Support: 
– Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments effectively.
– Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and other documents.
– Maintain organised and confidential records, ensuring easy accessibility when required.

2) Communication Management: 
– Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally on behalf of the Managing Partner.
– Act as a liaison between the Managing Partner, clients, and staff to ensure effective communication.
– Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.

3) Travel and Event Coordination: 
– Arrange travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for the Managing Partner.
– Organise logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring smooth execution.

4) Research and Documentation: 
– Conduct research and prepare summaries, briefing notes, and presentations.
– Assist in compiling and organising case-related or project-specific materials.

5) Operational and General Support: 
– Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
– Manage special projects, assignments, or other tasks as directed by the Managing Partner.

 QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
– Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic project management tools.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and display professionalism.
