Drive reorders and upsell bundle options
Collect testimonials and manage referral programs
Manage WhatsApp communities and engagement
Maintain daily logs and weekly performance reports

Requirements
1–3 years experience in telesales, retention, or proactive outreach
Strong knowledge of automation and retention tools
Proficient in WhatsApp for business communication
Ability to manage large customer follow-ups efficiently
Self-driven, results-oriented, and revenue-focused
