JOB TITLE – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (STRATEGY & OPERATIONS)
Location – Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Mode – Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and strategic support
Draft and review proposals, reports, and presentations
Manage calendars, meetings, and project deliverables
Track timelines, tasks, and follow-ups across projects
Requirements
3+ years experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or in project management
Strong writing and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
High attention to detail
Strong organizational and coordination skills
