Job Title – HR / Office Manager
Location – Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with Nigerian labour law and company values
Coordinate payroll inputs, leave administration, benefits management, and staff welfare programmes
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Manage disciplinary processes, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution fairly and professionally
Oversee day-to-day office administration including vendor management, facility maintenance, supplies procurement, and logistics
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employee files, and HR information systems
Support learning and development planning, training coordination, and staff capacity building
Provide HR data and reports to leadership to inform workforce decisions
Liaise with external agencies, regulatory bodies, and service providers on HR and administrative matters
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR generalist or HR and administration management role
Experience working in a bank, fintech, or financial services environment is strongly preferred
Solid knowledge of Nigerian Labour Act, employment regulations, and HR best practices
Proven ability to manage both strategic HR functions and hands-on office operations
Membership of CIPM or SHRM, or equivalent HR professional certification is required
Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
