Job Description

Job Title – HR Generalist

Job Summary
A growing fitness/wellness company in Yaba is looking to hire an experienced Junior HR Generalist who can work independently and manage the full HR function.

Salary – ₦450,000 month
Location – Yaba, Lagos (strictly on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
* Payroll & statutory compliance (PAYE, pension)
* HR policy development & implementation
* Employee relations & performance management
* Labour law compliance

Requirements:
* 2–3 years HR generalist experience
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Standalone HR experience is a strong plus
* Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Act
