Job Description

Job Title – Client Service Associate
Location – Lagos Island
Work Mode – Hybrid
Salary – ₦350,000/month

Responsibilities
· Manage client interactions across multiple touchpoints
· Provide excellent customer experience and support
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
· Support overall client service operations

Requirements
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience in client service, customer experience, or related roles
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
· Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
· Ability to manage multiple client interactions effectively
