Salary – 300,000 with bonuses from the sites

Job Overview
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple logistics sites, managing the sites and ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation of logistics activities. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, developing the site pickup business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of multiple logistics sites to ensure smooth and efficient processes, including parcel pickup, movement, and final delivery, and parcel return if undelivered.
* Manage, mentor, and support site supervisors/site owners, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Develop and manage budgets for multiple sites, ensuring cost-effective operations.
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
* Support the sites to solve the challenge to facilitate getting more business;
* Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to keep the organization competitive.
* Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
* Facilitate regular meetings to discuss operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualification
–        Minimum of 3 years of experience as a site manager in a logistics, e-commerce sector
–        Bachelor of business development or any related field
