Job Title – Customer Service & Showroom Executive
Location – Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary – ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly
Responsibilities
· Deliver professional customer service to walk-in and online clients
· Develop and implement customer service strategies and policies
· Manage client interactions using customer service tools
· Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth
· Create and publish content for social media and company blog
· Manage company social media pages and website
· Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs
· Develop strategies to improve brand visibility and business growth
Requirements
· HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
· 3–4 years’ experience in customer service and digital marketing
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
· Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and related tools
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
· Knowledge of showroom management and product marketing
· Must be willing to work 3 Saturdays per month
