JOB TITLE – HR & Administrative Officer
INDUSTRY – Asset Management
LOCATION – Ikoyi Lagos

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Officer to support the smooth running of human resources and administrative functions within a fast-paced asset management firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll preparation and HR reporting
• Coordinate staff welfare, engagement, and performance tracking
• Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and support management operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and management team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles (financial services experience is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
