• Build HR systems, SOPs & job structures
• Lead recruitment
• Manage onboarding, attendance & staff discipline
• Drive performance management & employee engagement
• Support payroll & HR operations
• Work with compliance & tax partners
• Provide HR reports & insights for decision-making
• Help shape culture & growth
Requirement
• 2–3 years HR experience
• Strong in recruitment & HR operations
• Good communication & people skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦400,000 net
