Job Title – Operations Manager at Easy Buy Limited
Location – Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type – Full-time

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
* Drive sales growth by ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded within the region.
* Ensure alignment of all Business Development teams with company goals, productivity standards, and performance targets.
* Coordinate operational support for sales and business development teams.
* Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
* Collaborate with regional and sales leadership to achieve business targets
* Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management, preferably within fintech, sales-driven, or financial services organizations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
Ability to manage multiple teams and operational processes effectively.
