Job Title – FRONT DESK OFFICER
Location – Delta State, Nigeria
Salary – ₦100,000 Monthly

Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and stakeholders while providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
– Receive and direct visitors professionally.
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
– Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
– Provide administrative and clerical support.
– Coordinate meeting room bookings and company events.
– Manage office supplies and inventory.
– Support document management and filing systems.
– Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees.
– Ensure reception and common areas remain organized and presentable.

Requirements
– OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related discipline.
– Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
– Professional appearance and conduct.
