Job Summary
We are seeking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-orientated Operations Officer to take ownership of day-to-day operational coordination, oversee company activities, and ensure the effective execution of internal processes, meetings, and events.
The ideal candidate is confident, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities while engaging effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and coordinate team members to ensure effective execution of tasks and operational goals.
* Oversee the planning and execution of company webinars, workshops, training sessions, and events.
* Plan, schedule, and manage both virtual and physical meetings across teams and departments.
* Prepare meeting agendas, and track action items to ensure completion.
* Manage organizational calendars and ensure effective scheduling across all activities.
* Liaise with internal teams, clients, facilitators, and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and communication flow.
* Monitor daily operational activities and ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
* Prepare operational reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
* Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and structure.
* Support management in implementing operational processes and workflow improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or similar roles.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
