Job description
We are seeking an Experienced Graphic Designer to join our Business Comms team to support the firm’s brand and marketing objectives. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into professional, high-quality visual materials consistent with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities :
•⁠ ⁠Design marketing and communication materials including presentations, social media graphics, and infographics etc
•⁠ ⁠Develop creative concepts and visual solutions aligned with the brand guide.
•⁠ ⁠Create graphics including motion graphics for digital platforms including websites, email campaigns, social media and internal communications.
•⁠ ⁠Support marketing campaigns with relevant visual assets
•⁠ ⁠Work collaboratively with the cross functional teams.
•⁠ ⁠Assist in developing and updating brand templates and design assets
•⁠ ⁠Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
•⁠ ⁠Liaise with internal teams and external vendors where required
•⁠ ⁠Ensure consistency of visual identity across all platforms and materials

Requirements :
•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a graphics designer or similar role.
•⁠ ⁠Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Express, Figma or equivalent tools)
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and branding
•⁠ ⁠Possesses flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities
•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and high-quality standards
