Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing & Communications to lead Wragby’s product go-to-market strategy, communications strategy and general marketing strategy across Africa. This role will be responsible for shaping the company’s brand positioning, driving demand generation, strengthening thought leadership, and supporting revenue growth across Wragby’s products and services line while positioning Wragby as a leading enterprise technology and multi-cloud partner.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Wragby’s overall marketing and communications strategy
Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products, driving market entry tactics and product acceptance
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, PR, media relations, and corporate communications
• Drive demand generation through digital marketing, content, ABM, and campaigns
• Lead partner and OEM co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns
• Oversee content, thought leadership, and industry visibility
• Drive employer branding strategy
• Lead marketing team and collaborate with vendors and external partners
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI tracking

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing and communications, preferably in B2B or technology, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
. Strong experience launching new products
• Proven experience leading marketing teams and regional initiatives
• Strong digital marketing, brand management, and communications expertise
• Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with OEM/technology partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google, SAP, etc.)
