Job Objective
To provide timely and accurate HR administrative support across recruitment, employee records, staff welfare, and policy compliance to ensure smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
• Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews, conduct document verification, and prepare employee folders/welcome kits.
• HR Administration: Update HRIS (new hires, exits, role changes), support payroll input collation, and track leave.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing staff welfare/team bonding events and handle day-to-day staff enquiries.
• Policy & Records: Adhere to disciplinary protocols, track contract expiry dates, and prepare HR reports.
Requirements
• B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years in administrative or HR assistant roles.
• Confidentiality, HRIS data entry, records management, and detail orientation.
Work Mode
Office-based, regular desk work.
Sensitive data handling in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
