Job Description
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals
Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Own the product backlog and ensure it is prioritised based on business value, risk, and customer impact
Continuously gather and analyse user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights
Leaddaily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Act as Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams
Work closely with engineers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing
Communicate progress, risks, and delivery timelines to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in fintech, payments, or eCommerce
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile project management tools
Ability to write clear product requirements and user stories
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Technical understanding of APIs, web/mobile products, and backend systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
