Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Executive with solid real estate experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through digital channels, converting prospects into clients, and driving property sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement integrated sales and digital marketing strategies to drive property sales.
2. Generate and nurture leads through social media, paid ads, property portals, referrals, and networking.
3. Create and publish engaging property content (flyers, videos, reels, virtual tours, listings) across digital platforms.
4. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) to attract qualified buyers.
5. Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert digital leads into site inspections and closed deals.

Requirements & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2–4 years proven experience in Real estate sales and digital marketing.
3. Good spoken and written English- very important.
