Location- Abuja (Hybrid)

Job Summary-
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Lead to drive Wragby’s public sector business. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across MDAs, guide digital transformation decisions, and lead the Public Sector team to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role covers the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to account management.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage enterprise accounts and C-Level executives.
• Act as a trusted adviser, providing insights and roadmaps for customer success.
• Develop account plans and sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead the Public Sector team to deliver business goals.
• Drive digital transformation solutions and professional services revenue.
• Manage the full sales process- prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in enterprise sales of Microsoft solutions, IT security, or business applications; experience engaging C-level executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong strategic and account management capabilities.
• Security Solutions Sales or equivalent is a plus.
