Job Description

📍 Victoria Island, Lagos (Hybrid)

Role :
• Develop & optimize AI models for chatbots and NLP systems
• Build and maintain conversational & RAG systems
• Design data pipelines and AI architectures
• Research Generative AI techniques and evaluate performance
• Analyze large datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements :
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years experience in Data Science, ML & AI (Generative AI preferred)
• Expertise in NLP (text classification, sentiment analysis, NER)
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries
• Experience with cloud platforms & MLOps tools
