Role Purpose
The Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst will lead the design, execution, and evaluation of impactful learning solutions for client organizations. The role focuses on delivering data-driven, business-aligned training interventions with measurable performance outcomes. A strong emphasis will be placed on youth development, employability skills, leadership readiness, and workforce transition programs, while also supporting corporate L&D initiatives across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, manage, and deliver youth development and employability programs covering leadership, life skills, career readiness, and workforce transition
• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and skills gap assessments for youth cohorts, graduates, early-career professionals, and corporate teams
• Translate organizational and performance challenges into targeted learning and development solutions
• Develop structured learning pathways and L&D roadmaps aligned with business and workforce needs
• Design learning frameworks, curricula, training materials, facilitator guides, and participant resources
• Coordinate facilitators, training schedules, delivery models (virtual, in-person, hybrid), and client engagement plans
• Oversee the execution and quality assurance of training programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Define learning KPIs, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks for all training interventions
• Measure learning impact, ROI, behavior change, and post-training performance outcomes
• Prepare and present learning impact reports, insights, and recommendations to client stakeholders
• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned L&D projects and client engagements
• Provide advisory support to clients on workforce development, capability building, and learning strategy
• Support cross-selling and expansion of L&D, talent development, and HR advisory solutions
• Develop L&D toolkits, templates, and standardized methodologies to improve delivery efficiency
• Continuously review and improve training models, content relevance, and delivery approaches
• Mentor and support junior L&D team members and facilitators
• Stay current on learning trends, instructional design best practices, and workforce development frameworks

Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field
• 4–6 years’ experience in Learning & Development, HR Consulting, Talent Development, or Youth Development programs
• Proven experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), curriculum design, and learning evaluation
• Strong experience delivering or managing youth-focused training, employability, or capacity-building programs
• Demonstrated corporate L&D experience with structured learning interventions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend practical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements
• Experience measuring learning impact, ROI, and behavioral change outcomes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong execution capability

Salary
400,000 – 500,000 monthly
