We are seeking a hands-on Tele-Collections Manager to own collections performance, lead the team, and drive recovery outcomes across delinquent portfolios.
Responsibilities :
• Lead, supervise, and hold the collections team accountable for daily output.
• Design and enforce collections strategies, workflows, and KPIs.
• Track performance, analyze delinquency trends, and drive improvements.
• Coach, discipline, and develop team members to meet productivity standards.
• Manage escalations and high-risk delinquent accounts.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Report performance insights and recovery outcomes to management.
Requirements :
• 3–5 years’ experience in tele-collections or loan recovery
• Minimum 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to drive team performance and recovery results.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and reporting skills
• Solid understanding of collections operations and compliance.
