Title- Account Manager – HORECA
Reports To- Business Development Manager
Supervises- Growth Manager
Location- Lagos
Job Summary-
The Account Manager will drive client acquisition and growth by creating and executing lead generation campaigns, establishing strong relationships with new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities-
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends.
· Generate leads through targeted campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing.
· Develop strategies to convert leads into clients and support sales closure.
· Collaborate with sales teams for lead handoff, enablement, and deal finalization.
· Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
· Track campaign performance, ROI, and refine tactics as needed.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring onboarding success and account growth.
· Onboard new accounts and coordinate with the BDM on credit limits and collections.
· Ensure regular account visits and order placements; prioritize retention of existing accounts and reactivate dormant accounts.
· Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to optimize acquisition strategies.
