Overview :
Our client is a leading strategy consulting and financial advisory firm that provides innovative solutions for high-growth businesses and offers financial advisory, corporate governance advisory services.

Position :
The firm is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to join her team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business origination and development skills, with expertise in project and operations management. As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth.

Responsibilities :
-Business Development and Origination:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and relationship building.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and position the organization as a trusted partner.
-Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
-Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve business development targets.

Project Management :
-Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while managing resources effectively.
-Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
-Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report on performance to stakeholders

Operations Management :
-Streamline operational processes to improve productivity and efficiency within the firm.
-Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.

Client Relationship Management :
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness to their needs.
-Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further engagement.

Team Leadership and Development :
-Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
-Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities.
-Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team growth and development.

Qualifications-:
-BSc. Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or professional services company, with a focus on business development and project management.
-Proven track record of successfully originating and developing new business.
-Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex client engagements and cross-functional teams.

Remuneration: N500,000 Net, 5% bonus on monthly target, etc.
