Completions Field Supervisor / Senior Specialist – SLB

📍 Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Role Overview :
– Responsible for preparing and optimizing Completion designs, troubleshooting, supervising installations, and mentoring junior field personnel.

Key Responsibilities :
– Drive Completion equipment prep and technical reviews
– Troubleshoot issues and ensure service quality
– Perform job analysis and closure
– Mentor junior field staff

Experience & Requirements :
– Bachelor’s or Master’s in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
– 5+ years in Completions with at least 10 installations as supervisor
– Experienced in Lower, Upper, Gauge, Intelligent completions, and liner hanger installations
– Skilled in SAS, cased/open hole gravel pack jobs, FIVs, packers, safety valves, intervention, permanent downhole gauges, and intelligent completions
– Strong knowledge of downhole hydraulics, tubular design, and simulations
– Experience in land, swamp, offshore, and deep-water operations
– Excellent communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset
– Strong QHSE culture and customer-focused
