Locations : South, North, East and West.
Salary : N127,000 with a monthly performance bonus of 15% of the base pay.
As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that
promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
You will be the first port of call for customers and should be the internal advocate for the
customers, working with the various teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues and
provide suggestions on how customers’ experience can be further optimized, based on analysis
of the issue logged or customer requests.
Typical Functional Manager – Regional Team Lead
Responsibilities :
● Provide quick and high-quality customer service through prompt and useful responses to
customer queries (Whatsapp groups & Walk in customers)
● Ensure every customer support request is logged for tracking, follow-up with relevant
stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.
● Adhere to scripts and guidelines for customer interactions.
● Escalate complex issues to state team leads for timely resolution.
● Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge
● Solicit customer feedback on product features and capabilities
● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
● Ensure confidentiality with customer information.
Qualifications & Requirement
● 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
● Minimum of BSc or HND
● Must have completed NYSC or holds an exemption/exclusion letter
● Be resident in the state of assignment
● Strong communication skills (Written, Verbal skills and Listening Skills)
● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
● Problem solving & conflict resolution skills
● Patience & empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
