Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to manage our Client Centre operations in Ibadan.
The successful candidate will oversee daily client interactions, supervise account opening and maintenance processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive service excellence across the center.
Minimum Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Certifications (Preferred) :
Relevant certifications in Banking Operations, Customer Service, or Compliance are an advantage.
