🔎 Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
2. Oversee employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution
3. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
5. Drive performance management processes and talent development initiatives
6. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records
7. Support learning & development and organizational growth strategies
Requirements
1. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in core HR practices
2. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance standards
3. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
5. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools
