Job Summary :
The Internal Control Manager is responsible for strengthening operational integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies, and minimizing financial and operational risks across all business units. The role provides hands-on oversight of internal control frameworks, conducts periodic audits, reviews business processes, and ensures alignment with best practices for transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities :
1.Evaluate and approve financial and operational requests to ensure alignment with company policies and budgetary provisions.

2.Conduct secondary reviews (call-overs) of processed transactions to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established control procedures.

3.Monitor and review transactions to ensure adherence to the approved insurance and discount policies, identifying any deviations for corrective action.

4.Authenticate all revenue inflows, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation to prevent revenue leakages.

5.Provide oversight and advisory support to the procurement division, ensuring processes comply with company policies and promote cost-effectiveness.

6.Plan and execute regular audits and unannounced spot checks to ensure compliance with internal control standards and regulatory requirements.

7.Prepare periodic control reports, highlight control gaps, and recommend practical corrective measures to management.

Requirement & Qualifications :.
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA) is an added advantage.
•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 7 years’ experience in internal control, audit, or compliance within a structured organization (preferably in the hospitality or service industry).
•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent knowledge of internal control principles, risk management, and financial reporting.
•⁠ ⁠High level of integrity, attention to detail, and discretion
