IT Technician (Networking, CCTV & Access Control Specialist – IT Generalist)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Installation and maintenance of networking systems (LAN/WAN)
• Configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls
• Installation and troubleshooting of CCTV systems
• Setup and maintenance of access control systems
• General IT support (hardware, software, system troubleshooting)
• Provide onsite and remote technical support
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in networking and surveillance systems
• Knowledge of IP addressing, routing, and structured cabling
• Experience with CCTV configuration (DVR/NVR, IP cameras)
• Experience with biometric and access control systems
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, etc.) are an added advantage
• Minimum 2–3 years experience preferred
