Job Summary
The Operations and Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations and sales activities of the Electronics Industry. This role requires a results-driven individual who can ensure operational efficiency, lead the sales team, and drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
3. Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
4. Analyze sales reports and operational data to improve efficiency and profitability.
5. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure alignment of business goals.
6. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
7. Identify market opportunities and trends to expand product reach.
8. Prepare and present regular performance and sales reports to management

Requirements & Qualifications:
1. 3–5 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the Electronics/Home Appliances/IT Gadgets or FMCG sector.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tool
6. Available to resume immediately
7. Proximity to the location, Ikotun to be greatly considered
