Sales Executive Salary range – 200,000 -350,000

Objective

To support sales growth through product promotion, order fulfillment, and customer engagement across designated retail and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities

• Field Sales: Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

• Order Fulfillment: Process and verify order forms, confirm price/availability, and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Customer Management: Maintain client relationships, follow up on deliveries, and resolve complaints promptly.

• Market Intelligence: Report on market trends and competitor activities to suggest new sales strategies.

• Reporting & KPIs
• Submit daily reports and customer feedback logs.

• Metrics: Sales volume achievement, average daily visits, order accuracy, and customer retention.

Job Specifications

• Education: OND/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (FMCG or agro-processing preferred).

• Skills: Territory coverage, CRM, order processing, and “smart reporting” ability.

Working Conditions
Field-based with frequent travel.
