Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
We are recruiting a highly motivated, social media-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who is excellent at customer relations, loves engaging with people online, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries and orders across social media platforms and digital channels
• Properly document all orders and customer interactions with attention to detail
• Relay orders and relevant information to the appropriate departments/teams
• Monitor social media comments and translate relevant conversations to direct messages for personalized follow-up
• Maintain professional and timely responses to all customer communications
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
• Contribute to building and maintaining a positive brand image online
• Perform other customer service duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
• Proven customer service experience (minimum 1-2 years, e-commerce or online retail customer service is an advantage)
• Reliable internet connection and personal smartphone/computer
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
