Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

We are recruiting a highly motivated, social media-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who is excellent at customer relations, loves engaging with people online, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Manage and respond to customer inquiries and orders across social media platforms and digital channels
•⁠ ⁠Properly document all orders and customer interactions with attention to detail
•⁠ ⁠Relay orders and relevant information to the appropriate departments/teams
•⁠ ⁠Monitor social media comments and translate relevant conversations to direct messages for personalized follow-up
•⁠ ⁠Maintain professional and timely responses to all customer communications
•⁠ ⁠Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
•⁠ ⁠Contribute to building and maintaining a positive brand image online
•⁠ ⁠Perform other customer service duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualities
•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
•⁠ ⁠Proven customer service experience (minimum 1-2 years, e-commerce or online retail customer service is an advantage)
•⁠ ⁠Reliable internet connection and personal smartphone/computer
•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
•⁠ ⁠Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Renumeration
•⁠ ⁠Competitive monthly salary (to be discussed based on experience)
