JOB TITLE – ASSISTANT SALES & MARKETING TEAM LEAD
Company – Winnyz Furniture & Interiors
Location – Ilupeju, Lagos (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Salary – N150,000

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Sales & Marketing Team Lead to generate, nurture, and convert leads. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, possess strong communication skills, and be able to build lasting client relationships.

Requirements
• 2–4 years sales experience in a premium product brand
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Experience in interior design or furniture sales is an added advantage
