Job Title – Business Development Officer
Location – Tafawa Balewa Square Onikan, Lagos
Salary – N300,000 (Base pay)
Commission – 3% – 5% on closed & fully paid jobs

Job Summary
We are seeking a hungry, result-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive revenue growth within the industrial and corporate market space.
This is a performance-based role suited for someone who can prospect, negotiate, and close deals consistently.

Key Responsibilities
•  Identify and develop new corporate/industrial clients
•  Generate and convert qualified leads
•  Prepare and present proposals
•  Close deals and ensure full payment collection
•  Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

Requirements
•  3-4 years B2B sales experience
•  Background in industrial services, oil & gas, safety equipment, or facility management is an advantage
•  Proven track record of closing deals
•  Strong negotiation and communication skills
•  Self-driven and target-oriented
