Job Title – Category Representative

Job Summary
As the Category Representative, your primary focus will be to identify, approach, manage, and onboard and manage new sellers on our E-commerce platform
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new vendors across various categories (e.g. Furniture, Appliances, Gadgets).
Vendor Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, and support new and existing vendors, ensuring a diverse product range and optimizing vendor performance through regular monitoring and guidance.
Startup Responsibility: Due to the nature of the role, responsibilities can expand or change over time to meet evolving business needs.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
2-3 years experience in Sales. Experience in an E-commerce platform is an advantage
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to detail ensuring accurate tracking of operational KPI’s and deadlines
Negotiation Skills
Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements
Flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving responsibilities in a startup environment
