JOB TITLE – EAP & LEARNING MANAGER*

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EAP & Learning Manager to lead the delivery of our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Learning & Development initiatives.
*Role Overview*
The EAP & Learning Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of EAP services and the design and execution of impactful learning programmes for our clients.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Manage end-to-end delivery of the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
• Coordinate our learning, counseling/therapy, and coaching sessions/ programs, plus other psychosocial support services.
• Ensure confidentiality, ethical practice, and adherence to professional standards
• Serve as the primary liaison with client HR teams and EAP liaison officers
• Monitor our learning platform (LMS) and EAP utilisation, identify trends, and manage high-risk cases; prepare reports
• Design and deliver learning programmes on mental health, wellbeing, leadership, and behavioural skills
• Conduct learning needs assessments and tailor interventions to client requirements
• Coordinate counselors, therapists, coaches, facilitators, trainers, and external learning partners
• Evaluate learning impact and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with data protection and organisational policies
• Maintain quality assurance across EAP and learning interventions
• Manage referral pathways and escalation protocols
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual/corporate clients and internal teams towards productive engagement, renewals, and service improvement efforts
• Perform any other related duties as assigned
*Qualifications & Requirements*
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Human Resources, or a related field
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience in EAP, psychological services, or Learning & Development
• Professional certification in counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, or LMS management is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of workplace psychosocial support and employee wellbeing programmes
• Experience managing corporate clients and delivering training programmes
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and interpretation
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively
