Summary
You will lead Wragby’s Managed Services business, driving strategy, service excellence, and growth across cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations. The role includes full ownership of the P&L, building scalable service models, and leading high-performing teams to deliver value to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the Managed Services strategy
• Lead IT operations across service desk, cloud, infrastructure, and security
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and ITIL-aligned service delivery
• Build and manage key enterprise client relationships
• Drive automation and continuous service improvement
• Own business unit P&L and growth targets
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams
• Partner with Sales and Product teams on service offerings

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years’ experience in IT operations or managed services leadership
• Proven P&L and service scaling experience
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Infrastructure, and Security
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
