Job Description

Job Title – HR/Admin Officer
Salary – ₦250,000 net
Location – Abuja, Nigeria
Work Mode – Hybrid (Onsite/Remote)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
3. Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives.
4. Handle administrative functions including office management and documentation.
5. Support leadership in building efficient organisational structures.
6. Ensure smooth coordination between teams and management.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of HR/Admin experience.
3. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
